Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities,
Threats.
My strengths during this course are:
- I am quite confident while drumming
- I get on well with my other classmates so we can work together
throughout the course.
- Drumming is my favourite hobby, meaning that I play regularly; I
watch drumming videos frequently and I like to practice in my spare time
without getting bored.
My weaknesses during this course are:
- a weakness which I'd like to point out is the fact that my group do
not get along too well. Despite us finishing our 15-minute set
performance, towards the end of year 10 we started to disagree with
things.
Opportunities:
- I have a drum kit at home which I can
practice on. This means that I can frequently play the drums and
constantly improve. It also not only gives me opportunities to adapt /
improve my drumming for our group, but it also allows me to regularly
practice my hobby and develop into a better drummer.
- In addition, having a drum kit allows me to practice outside of
school with others who have the same interests, without having to follow
orders of teachers and to have a bit of freedom when playing in a
relatively relaxing environment
Threats:
- Like my weakness, my group do not get along too well. Despite us
finishing our 15-minute set performance, towards the end of year 10 we
started to disagree with things. This means that there was a threat
of us missing out on practice time and possibly not doing as well as we
could’ve. Despite this we still managed to perform a high quality set.
